Ingredients

• 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
• 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and parsley flakes
• 3/4 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer
• TOPPINGS:
• 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
• 2 cups fresh baby spinach
• 1 can (14 ounces) water-packed quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
• 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
