- 12” circle (approx. 2mm thick), store-bought/fresh shortcrust pastry, rolled flat to fit a 12” circle (approx. 2mm thick)

- 4.2oz (120g), double cream
- 1 tsp, salt
- 1-2, bananas, sliced
- 1-2 scoops, vanilla ice cream, to serve
