Ingredients

• 1 pound elbow macaroni
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Delicate SELECT olive oil
• 1 cup red onion, small dice
• 1/2 cup red pepper, all pith removed and fine dice
• 3 stalks celery, fine dice
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons scallion, green part only, thin sliced
• 12 ounces cooked ham, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, pulverized
• 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil
• Salt and pepper
