• ¼ red onion thinly sliced
• 1-2 avocados, sliced

• ⅓ cup Point Reyes Farmstead Blue Cheese Crumbles
• Croutons
• 2 slices of ciabatta
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
• ½ tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 cup mayo
• ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
• ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
• black pepper, to taste
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup half and half or other milk
• 4 ounces Point Reyes Farmstead Blue Cheese, crumbled
