Chile Relleno Mexican Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 Tbs. Chili powder
• salt to taste
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 Tbs. olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 – 7 oz cans of whole green chiles drained
• 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 1/2 lb. of mild cheddar cheese, shredded
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups of milk
• 1/4 cup flour
• Pam spray
• 9 x 13 baking dish
