Truffle Marinated Mushrooms – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 4-5 tablespoons Fustini's Medium SELECT olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, halved lengthwise
• 1 pound small button or mini-bella mushrooms, stems removed
• 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
• 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
• 1 tablespoons Fustini's White Truffle Oil
• salt and pepper to taste
