- 200g light brown sugar
- 100g golden syrup
- 100g dark treacle
- 1 tsp good vanilla extract
- 50g Graham’s slightly salted butter
- 200g pecan halves, crushed or finely chopped
- 3 medium eggs
- 200g pecan halves, whole
- Butter, for greasing
