- 2 tsp (5g) pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp (3g) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Diamond Crystal kosher salt
- 1 cup (240ml) ginger probiotic soda (no added sugar)
- 1/2 cup (120g) unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) egg whites (pasture-raised preferred)
