Ingredients
- ¾ cup date sugar
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 1¼ cups water
- 1 tablespoon cardamom pods
- pinch of salt
- 2 parts cold-brew coffee (Teegan suggests Sightglass)
- 1 part seltzer or sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon date-cardamom syrup
