• green beans - 0.9 lb (400 g) fresh
• tomatoes - 2 pcs. (about 250 g)
• onion - 1 medium - sized onion (about 120 g)
• garlic - 5 - 6 cloves
• celery - 1/2 stalk (or a piece of root)
• peppers - 1 pc. (green, relatively large)
• oil - 5 - 6 tbsp.
• dried rosemary - 1 tsp.
• dried mint - 1 - 2 sprigs
• black pepper - 2 - 3 pinches (or by taste)
• paprika - 1 tsp.
• bay leaf - 1 pc. (optional)
• salt - by taste
