herb and onion funnel cakes – KEHO

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup coconut flour
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup tapioca flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
• 2 tsp paprika
• at least 1/3 cup of chopped green onions, scallions, chives, & parsley
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 2 pasture-raised eggs, beaten
• 1 cup coconut oil
