- 6 pineapples
- 3 carrots
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons Methi (Fenugreek) masala
- 1 teaspoon aradh
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 cups white vinegar
- ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
- 1 green pepper - cubed
- 1 red pepper- cubed
- ¼ cup oil
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3-4 green chilies - slivered
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
- Add in your spices.
