- 1 sml red pepper
- 1 sml green pepper
- 1 tablespoon whole jeeroo
- 4 tablespoons Methi (Fenugreek) masala (achaar masala) Salt to taste
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 and half cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons whole mustard seeds
- Handful of curry leaves
