- 1 cup cubed red and green peppers 🌶
- 2 granny Smith apples 🍎 dipped in lemon 🍋 juice and cubed
- 3 tablespoons Apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons Methi (Fenugreek) masala
- 3 cups vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
- Oil
- 2 tablespoons Mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- Sliced chillies
