Ingredients

• -1.5 kilograms of potatoes, cut in strips
• 1/8-1/4 litre vegetable broth
• 4 herring fillets, in strips
• 4 large pickled gherkins, diced
• 4 eggs, boiled, diced
• 200 grams of cooked ham, diced
• 3–4 apples, in cubes
• 1/8-1/4 litre of sweet cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 pinch of sugar
• Herbal Salt
• Black pepper
