• 1½ lt boiling water
• 2 cubes Mitsides bouillon for pasta
• 500g cherry tomatoes
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 whole garlic clove, crushed
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 cup basil leaves
• 1 pack mascarpone 250g
• olive oil
