Chicken Cacciatore | Food Stuff

Ingredients

• 2 cups of fresh baby spinach
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 green pepper, chopped in 1/2 inch cubed
• 1 Tablespoon of italian herbs seasoning
• 4 Tablespoons of hot sauce
• 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
• 1 spanish onion, thinky sliced
• 1 cup of mixed rice (basmati,brown basmati and wild rice style)
• 10 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
• 2 900ml jar of tomato sauce (basil, garlic,etc) make sure it has spices in it!
