• 3 tbsp liqueur of your choice
• 300 g ground almonds
• 250 g caster sugar
• 1 egg white lightly beaten
• 1 tbsp brandy
• Few drops green food colour
• 150 g icing sugar
• 3 tbsp water, approximately
• Candied fruit and peel to garnish
