Spicy, sticky chicken wings, sweet potato wedges and coriander and lime yoghurt. Great hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 800g sweet potatoes (I don't bother to peel them)
- 800g chicken wings
- 2 tsp chipotle flakes (or chipotle paste)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
- zest and juice from ½ a lime
- 4-5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- small handful of fresh coriander leaves and stalks
