Lamb Bhuna recipe by Shaheda

Ingredients

• 1 1/2kg lamb cubes
• 1 heaped teaspoon whole jeera
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 peppercorns
• 2 cardamom pods
• 2 whole cloves
• Handful ready-fried onion (I used 1 onion thinly sliced)
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon fine jeera
• 1 teaspoon fine dhana
• 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon course black pepper
• 1/2 Cup tomato puree*
• 1/2 Cup plain yoghurt*
• Fresh green dhania (coriander)
