- 1.6 to 7 Tomatoes (roughly chpped)
- 2.Seedless Dates(1 cup)
- 3.1/2 cup tamarind paste
- 4.1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
- 5.1.2 tsp od nigella seeds
- 6.A few Methi(Fenugreek seeds)
- 7Red chily whole(1)
- 8.For seasoning 1 pinch of Cumin powder and a pinch red chily powder.
- 9.a handful of kismis
