• ¾ cup and 1 teaspoon white sugar
• ½ cup lukewarm water
• ⅓ cup butter

• ½ kg pork belly
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• ¼ cup vinegar
• 2 pcs bay leaves
• ¼ cup soy sauce

• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
