• 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts or Chicken Thighs (boneless)

• 2 Carrots (diced)
• 1 Onion (diced)
• 5 Tbsp Flour (divided)
• 1 tsp Rosemary
• 1 tsp Thyme
• 1/2 tsp Sage
• 1.5 cups Sweet Potatoes (peeled and diced)
• 1.5 cups Potatoes (peeled and diced)
• 1/2 cup Red Pepper (chopped)
• 1/2 cup White Wine
• 4 cups Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Green Beans or Peas
• 1/2 cup Cream or Half and Half
