• ¼ cup golden raisins
• 3 cups chopped Braeburn apples (3–4)
• 2 cups sliced leeks
• 3 cups apple juice
• 3 –4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• ½ tsp. kosher salt
• ¼ tsp. apple pie spice
