Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 400 g mascarpone
- 300-400 g ladyfingers (depending on the proportion cream-ladyfingers you want)
- coffee as necessary; with an Italian coffeemaker for three cups you need to make coffee once for each 100 g of ladyfingers
- sweet Marsala wine (a few spoonfuls)
