The Great Greek Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 pounds ground chuck (20% fat)
• 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
• 1 medium tomato finely chopped
• ¼ cup black olives (pitted) and finely chopped
• 12 Fresh Mint leaves
• ½ red onion thinly sliced
• 6 pitas (without the pocket), cut in half, lightly brushed with olive oil and grilled on each side
