Ingredients

• San Remo Large Pasta Shells No 29 500g
• 1 small cos lettuce or 2x baby cos lettuce, shredded - 6 whole leaves reserved
• 200g middle bacon, diced and panfried until crisp
• 1 avocado, thinly sliced
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 4-6 heirloom tomatoes thinly sliced
• 10 grams chives to garnish
• Freshly cracked black pepper
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic fresh crushed
