Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 can 400g cans chopped tomatoes
• 1 c. chopped onion (1/2 large or one small)
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 measure of red wine
• 1 tsp. basil
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1/2 tsp. parsley
• salt & pepper
