SPARKLING ROSÉ JELLY - SPAR
Naughty but nice! Perfect Valentine s Dessert.
Ingredients
- 8 Strawberries, sliced
- 50 grams Castor sugar
- 200 ml Naughty Girl Sparkling Rosé Wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) Gelatine powder
- 2 Cardamom seeds, de-husked
- Divide half the fruit amongst 2 dessert glasses or large wine glasses.
- In a saucepan combine the sugar, cardamom seeds (taken out of their husks) and wine, stir over medium heat for about 5 mins until just simmering. Reduce heat to low.
- Pour into a heatproof jug and set aside to cool for 5 mins.
- Pour half the mixture into the glasses, over the fruit, place in the fridge for about 20 mins until lightly set.
- Remove from fridge, scatter remaining fruit over the nearly set mixture and pour in the remaining wine mixture.
- Return to fridge to set completely overnight.
