Ingredients

• 8 pork sausages (1kg)
• 2 red onions (peeled and cut into wedges)
• 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 kg potatoes (peeled & chopped)
• 1/2 bunch sage
• 1/2 bottle Mutti Baby Roma Tomato Sauce (134ml)
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 50 g butter
• 1 leek (trimmed & thinly sliced)
• 200 ml milk
