• 100g cold butter
• 115g cold Lard (100g in the dough and 15g grated in the layers)
• 1 tbsp Curry Powder
• 1 tbsp Turmeric
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 200ml ice cold water + 15ml milk
• 1 Egg
• 500 g Minced Beef
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Carrots, grated
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp pepper
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 2 tsp all purpose seasoning
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp browning
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tsp garlic paste
• 50g breadcrumbs
• 150g cheddar cheese
