Goulash Meatball Soup

Ingredients

• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 capsicum (any colour), chopped
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
• 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
• 420g tin chopped tomatoes in juice
• 4 cups low salt beef stock
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 500g potatoes peeled and diced
• black pepper
• To serve
• sour cream
• fresh parsley, chopped
• fresh bread
