- Cooked chicken
- 1 Onion
- Couple rashers of bacon bacon
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Tinned Tomato
- tomato puree
- Chicken stock
- chili powder( optional for a bit of a kick)
- long grain rice (the dried stuff)
- Serves 4
