- 45g Parmesan Cheese , Grated
- 125g Mozzarella Ball , Drained and grated
- 1tspn English Mustard
- 6-8 Sheets of Lasagne
- 50g Butter
- 30g Plain Flour
- 300ml Milk
- Pinch of Salt
