Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 1 fennel bulb
• 8 dl vegetable stock
• juice of one orange
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp Mutti Triple Concentrated Tomato Paste
• 3 dl risotto rice
• salt (coarsely ground black pepper)
• 50 g grated parmesan
• 100 g tofu
• 2 tbsp Mutti Triple Concentrated Tomato Paste
• 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
• 2 cloves of garlic
• salt
• 1 tbsp liquid honey
