Ingredients

• 75 g thin bacon slices
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 small red chili
• 1 twig rosemary
• 30 g dried tomatoes
• 250 g risotto rice
• 500 ml vegetable broth
• 400 g diced tomatoes (can)
• 50 ml cream
• salt
• cayenne pepper
• 50 g Parmesan, shaved
