- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef (I like 93/7)
- sliced mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¾ cup grated parmesan reggiano
- (16 oz) ricotta cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup water
