Ingredients

• 4 c peaches, sliced
• 1/2 c unbleached or all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 c butter, cold and unsalted
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1/2 c almonds, slivered and chopped
• Cream or Ice cream, optional
