Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1 8-ounce package Pancit (Filipino style noodles)
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 pound lean pork, sliced thin
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup celery, chopped
• 1 medium carrot, sliced
