Slumgullion - Benson's Gourmet Seasonings

Ingredients

• 8 ounces elbow macaroni or other small pasta
• 1 pound lean ground beef, ground turkey or a vegetarian substitute
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, no salt added
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 teaspoons #112 Masterpiece Mediterranean (Italian) style salt free seasoning
• 1/4 cup freshly minced parsley
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• Parmesan cheese, optional
