• 3 tablespoons Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon wine
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoons liquid smoke
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• Vegetable oil, for brushing the grill rack
• 6 ounces Gouda with chipotle peppers
