• 30 g grated Emmental cheese
• 250 g Ricotta cheese
• 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, to garnish
• 300 g minced meat
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3 tbsp. oil
• Lasagne sheets
• 1 tin of tomatoes, peeled (400 g)
• 1 tsp. herbes de provence
• 1 onion, diced
