• 2 ts Powdered ginger
• 3 Granny Smith apples or
• 3/4 c Light unsulphured molasses
• 3/4 c Light brown sugar
• 1 lg Egg
• 1 ts Ground cinnamon
• 1/2 c milk
• 8 tb Unsalted butter melted then
