- 575g Allinson's Strong White Bread Flour
- 7g Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast
- 80g Silver Spoon Caster Sugar
- 100g Unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 Large free range egg(s)
- 60ml Milk (whole)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract
- 3 packs Mini eggs
- 20g Coloured sprinkles
- 100g Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
