  • 5 firm tofu (halved diagonally)
  • 5 puffed tofu (halved diagonally)
  • 750g minced pork/chicken
  • 250g minced mackerel flesh
  • 60g dried cuttlefish (grounded)
  • 4 tsp cornflour
  • 1¼ tsp salt
  • 2½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 250g dried anchovies (rinsed and drained)
  • 250g soybeans (soaked 1 hour, drained)

  • 4 tsp salt
