Capirotada | Crystal Creamery

Ingredients

• 4 bolillos or telera bread rolls (you can substitute with French bread or baguette)
• 2 cups of Crystal milk
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 1 cup of raisins
• 1 cup of chopped walnuts
• 1 cup of shredded coconut
• 1 cup of grated piloncillo (or brown sugar if you don't have piloncillo)
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 cloves
• ½ cup of Crystal butter (for greasing the mold)
