Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup good whiskey
• 1/4 cup good brandy
• 1/4 pound butter
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp each of all spice, ground cloves, ground nutmeg baking soda, and cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp each of vanilla, orange, and lemon extract
• 1/4 cup each of molasses and granulated sugar
• 1/2 pound Pitted Dates
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 pound Raw Almonds
• 1 pound Natural Pecans
• 1/2 pound English Walnuts
• 1/2 pound Glazed Pineapple
• 1/2 pound Glazed Cherries
