Ingredients

• 3 lb (1.5 Kgs) 1 rabbit
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Alsace white wine
• 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable broth
• 4 carrots cut in half
• 2 onions in wedges
• 4 large potatoes in wedges
