• 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
• 1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
• 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
• 1 cup (250 mL) chopped apples
• Toffee Sauce:
• 1/4 cup (50mL) butter
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) brown sugar
• 1 cup (250 mL) corn syrup
• 1 cup (250 mL) Carnation® Regular Evaporated Milk or 2% Evaporated Partly Skimmed Milk Evaporated Milk
• `1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
