Ingredients

• ½ lime , zest and juice
• 80g/3oz chilled crab meat (brown and white meat)
• 2 ripe kiwi fruit , peeled and cut into small cubes
• 1 shallot , finely chopped
• 10cm/4in piece of cucumber , seeds removed, cut into small cubes
• salt
• 4 slices of bread
• 1 tbsp unsalted soft butter
